Refund policy

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for most items. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

 

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, opened or used herbal/wellness products cannot be returned unless defective.

 

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Damaged or Defective Items

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage/defect for a replacement or refund.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.
